entire body of literature reviewed herein, the study of Denizer et al. () is the only one to indicate that bank efficiency decreased following liberalization in Turkey. Yildirim () measures the efficiency of Turkish commercial banks in the years subsequent to liberalization. Four inputs are used: time deposits, demand deposits.
